Vendor Booth Spot

Each vendor space includes:

• 10x10 or 10x20 booth area
• Space to display one vehicle on each side of your tent
• Placement within the main event layout for strong visibility

Vendor Guidelines & Requirements

• Setup Time: Vendors may begin setup 1–2 hours prior to event start
• Tent Requirements: All vendors must bring tent weights (no exceptions for safety)
• Clean-Up: Vendors are responsible for tearing down their setup and removing all trash
• Restrictions: No alcohol or similar items may be sold or distributed

This is a high-attendance community event, and vendor spots are limited. Once capacity is reached, spots will no longer be available.
